Routine maintenance to major home appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, and AC units ensures that appliances stay working properly and efficiently, avoiding any major breakdowns or emergency repairs.

On-Call Maintenance

Emergencies are unavoidable. Faucets leak, drains clog, and fans stop working. Having a reliable network of on-call maintenance help for any emergency imaginable allows owners to avoid a frantic search for help.

Pool & Garden

Many HOA's cover pool and garden maintenance, but for those that do not, we have a network of pool maintenance and gardeners to keep your common areas looking new and inviting for guests on every stay.

Inventory Management

After each stay, we run down a check-list of items and essentials throughout each rental property to ensure that our cleaning team have enough product to restock for the next guests.

HOA Attendance

Some of our homeowners are able to make it down for their yearly HOA meeting when lots of important decisions are made. For those that can not, we do offer proxy services so that we can represent our owners.

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Rosa! We stayed for 3 days to celebrate our anniversary with another couple and it did not disappoint! First, the home was beautiful with an amazing view! The kitchen, bedrooms, and living spaces had everything you would need and they were thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of the people staying there. We took advantage of the sliding doors to create the indoor/outdoor experience and also made good use of the dipping pool! This area was so peaceful and beautiful and just a short Uber or walk to the Zona Romántica. We were super impressed with Colin's responsiveness and helpfulness during our stay. The guide that was sent to us prior to our stay was clearly laid out and it had all of the information we needed to navigate the area and the amenities available to us. "Casa Rosa was incredible. The pictures, while accurate, don't do it justice. The space was great for our family vacation, and Colin (our host) was fantastic - super responsive when we needed something and very accommodating (highly recommend the private chef service!). The area is beautiful and very close to the Romantic old town area. Easy to navigate (we rented a car) and the Easy Street beach just down the hill was uncrowded and beautifully calm.
